How we answer

Every answer is prepared in advance

Hayd & Seek never makes up rulings. Religious guidance follows the Shafi'i school and must be approved by qualified scholars; health guidance must be checked by health professionals. When your situation needs more than general guidance, we tell you who to ask.

  1. 1. You say it your wayTap a situation, or type in your own words, in any language.
  2. 2. We find prepared guidanceYour words are matched to guidance written in advance. The matching only chooses. It never writes an answer or a ruling.
  3. 3. You check it fitsIf we guessed something from your words, we ask before moving on.
  4. 4. Safety comes firstWords like dizzy, fainting or very heavy bleeding always bring up urgent help first.
